Directions
Easy Rhubarb Cobbler, This is an easy cobbler to put together and one I have been making for years, I find that one cup of sugar is the perfect amount for my taste if you prefer a less sweeter and more tart taste then reduce the sugar by a couple of tablespoons , Wish I had read the comments before I made this The sauce is very watery, won’t try it again , The cobbler crust is quite good It is light and the top came out a pretty crisp, golden brown The rhubarb filling however was very sour (easily corrected), but more significantly was EXTREMELY watery and runny Needs some thickening agent !
