Easy Shepherd’s Pie, My wife had lunch over at a friend’s house the other day and she served this recipe. My wife is still raving about it. I guess now I have to make it. Supposedly it came from a magazine., I made it for dinner tonight. But since my grandchildren do not like cream cheese I opted to leave the cream cheese out. I couldn’t get it to brown enough it got crispy but didn’t brown it stayed a golden yellow color so I’m thinking that maybe used too much cheese in the recipie. Although the G. kids loved it., Big hit ! Love it
