Easy Side Pork, This is an easy way to make side pork in the oven No mess, easy clean-up and the results are great A teacher friend told me this is how her grandmother made it Definately not for the calorie counters , Best side pork ever! I did revise the recipe a little Added baking soda to flour to help tenderize side pork used granular garlic powder and Montreal steak seasoning low sodium for seasoning Baked it for 20 minutes turned it over and baked approx 30 min more It was crispy and delicious I did drain oil twice during the process It was a huge hit! Crispy and flavorful used a Silicone mat for easy , The first time I tried it, it was out of this world delicious I said I’d never fix fresh side any other way The second time, it was horrible Way too salty I couldn’t figure it out Then I looked at the fresh side package Who knew they added salt to fresh side I guess to preserve it? Anyway, lesson learned Just sorry I can’t add the Lawry’s anymore
