This was really good and easy to make. Next time I'll use less spinach though, it was a bit too much.

Spinach Feta Frittata, This is a beautiful frittata We eat it for breakfast, lunch or dinner With fresh fruit or salad depending on the meal Enjoy, This was really good and easy to make Next time I’ll use less spinach though, it was a bit too much , This was great! Left out the mushrooms (personal preference, don’t like) & used Canadian bacon, bf preference & was on hand Love my spinach & feta (used a Mediterranean seasoned blend) Always put a couple dashes (maybe more) of hot sauce in my egg mixture Also used fresh basil to top it off Why have I never thought of this before?
