Easy Strawberry Pie, An easy to make fresh strawberry pie., where’s the ruhbarb, it’s not a true strawberry pie without the ruhbarb, What was the texture of the pie supposed to be? When you make the jello mixture, it can’t be chilled for two hours and then poured. It was a very stiff jello after minutes of making. Had to re-melt to be able to pour over strawberries. It was like eating one giant hard gummy bear. I could have fired bullets at this pie like it was ballistics gel. 1/4 cup of jello is a lot! That’s four small boxes. Maybe it was supposed to be a different amount? Or is the pie supposed to be extremely stiff?

Bring Sugar, Water and Cornstarch to a Boil Over Medium Heat. |

Cook Stirring Constantly For 1 Minute or Until Thickened. |
