    Prepare the Garlic Head For Roasting: Slice the Top Points of the Cloves and Remove the Papery Skin on the Outside of the Head. Place the Garlic on a Piece of Foil. Drizzle a Tablespoon of Olive Oil Over All. Wrap Loosely in Foil and Bake For 15 Minutes at 350 Degrees - or Until Golden Brown. Carefully Open the Foil and Allow the Garlic to Cool.

    Combine All Ingredients (including Cooled Garlic) in Tm Bowl. Mix 5 Seconds/Speed 5, or Until Desired Thickness Is Reached.

    Transfer to a Serving Bowl and Serve Immediately. Keeps in Refrigerator For Up to 4 Days.
