Vegan Banana-Nut Muffins,I am not a vegan, but tried to be for a couple weeks and this is one recipe that has really stuck with me. It’s high-fiber, super healthy, and so good!,I will definitely be making these again, especially if we have anyone staying at our house. They were so good and easy to make. Thank you for sharing this recipe!,I made these muffins for a party, mostly because my vegan daughter would be there and because I had 2 over-ripe bananas. So easy & they got rave reviews. used almond milk which I had on hand.
