Easy Vegan Pancakes,You won’t miss the eggs in these vegan pancakes.,first time making vegan pancakes, not a vegan yet but hopefully in the future, they were so good! since I’m not vegan I didn’t have soy milk so I just used water and they turned out super yummy still, I just ate them with syrup, 5/5, will probably make in the near future,Perfect! I halved the recipe for the two of us just in case they didn’t turn out and wish now I hadn’t. They turned out just right. After reading some of the other reviews I decided to up the sugar just a little and I’m not sure I would need to do that again. They were so quick to whip up, light and delicious. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
