Easy Vegetable Rice Medley, This recipe is from “Kraft: Food and Family”, WInter 2006. Excellent dish!, I love this recipe! I’ve made it a bunch of times but this last time I took out a boneless chicken breast, cut it into cubes and sauted it in sesame oil and when it was just about done I poured a little teriyaki sauce on it and then mixed it with the rice. It was delicious! It was a complete meal.
