Easy Veggie Burgers

    These are really good. Tasted better after they sat for a bit. I actually forgot the flour and added closer to 3/4c of bread crumbs for consistency. I also had a 15 Oz can of beans and subbed in 4 mushrooms. Fryed them up in a pan with olive oil. Served on a bun with fake cheese and Dijon mustard. I will try the cornstarch next time as recommended by other reviewers.

    Easy Veggie Burgers, These burgers have been tested and approved by my DD. The original recipe is from Chatelaine. The original name of this recipe is “Amazing Veggie Burgers”., These are really good. Tasted better after they sat for a bit. I actually forgot the flour and added closer to 3/4c of bread crumbs for consistency. I also had a 15 Oz can of beans and subbed in 4 mushrooms. Fryed them up in a pan with olive oil. I don’t need to look for another recipe . I would never find a better burger !

    Drain and Rinse Beans With Cold Water.

    Drain Again and Pat Dry With Paper Towels.

    Add Beans, Onions, Garlic, Egg, 2 Tbsp Barbecue Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Oil, Salt and Pepper to Food Processor.

    Add Flour and Stir Until Evenly Mixed.

    Divide Mixture Into Six Portions.

    Flour Your Hands and Shape Into 1/2-Inch Thick Burgers If You Don't Flour Your Hands the Mixture Will Stick to Them.
