Put Edamame, Avocado, Chipotle, Cilantro, Onion and Juice in a Food Processor and Pulse Until Almost Smooth. Add Enough Water or Extra Juice to Make a Creamy Consistency and Pulse Again. Transfer to a Bowl, Season With Salt and Pepper. Serve With Pita Chips, Tortilla Chips, Carrots, Celery. This Also Makes a Good Sandwich Spread. |
