Edamame Salad, This salad combines healthy veggies with a minimal amount of oil, without losing any of it’s flavor , Very tasty, instead of all the corn, I did a mixture of corn, black beans and sugar snap peas yummy :), We liked this and I would make it again but felt it was better after adding red wine vinegar and feta cheese as other reviews recommended
