Edmonds Scones,This is the classic NZ recipe from the Edmonds cookbook.,I’d go back to the original Edmonds recipe and use only 25gm butter. 75gm is way too much and will make the scones “caky” and therefore crumbly.,These were so easy to make and yummy. I havent been a successful scone maker till now.
