    Super Easy Peach Cobbler,My mom and I have been using this recipe for years. I have a peach tree in my backyard. We make several cobblers for friends and keep it simple. I cut back on the sugar for mine.,how do I slice the peaches? Never even eaten a peach,I found this recipe last summer. I needed a simple one that didnt require baking powder since I had none. Ive had peach cobbler many times in my life but it was my first attempt at making one myself. I MUST SAY THIS IS THE BEST COBBLER IVE HAD!!! DEFINITELY STICKING WITH THE RECIPE! The texture, the flavor… two thumbs way up.

    Place Peaches in Bottom of 9x9 Pan or Casserole.

    Sprinkle Lemon Juice Over Peaches

    Sift Dry Ingredients.
