Egg-White French Toast,,I served them with a dusting of powdered sugar, whipped cream, sliced strawberries, and maple syrup.,This french toast was great! I always have a small container of egg whites in the fridge (leftover from recipes that require just egg yolks) and never know what to do with them. It was the perfect weekend brunch dish. I can’t wait to make it again.

Cook One of the Following Ways: Place Dipped Bread in Greased and Heated Skillet. Cook by Turning a Few Times to Brown. |
