This cake is Fabulous!!! you would never know its made with no eggs!! my changes were 1 1/2 cups flour coffee for the water and sometimes ill use half white sugar and half Brown sugar!!! This recipe is wonderful so chocolaty and moist!!,This was a very good recipe. My daughter is allery to egg and gluten. So I replace the flour to 1 cup rice flour, 1/3 cup corn starch, and 1/3 cup soybean flour. And the cake turn out very good. I’m going to use this recipe to make her birthday cake next month. Thanks.
