Heat Olive Oil in Pan. |

Add Cardamom and Cinnamon and Cook For 30 Seconds. |

Add the Garlic, Harrissa, Tomatoes and Stock. Cook For 8 - 10 Minutes Until Eggplant Is Cooked Through. |
