Eggs & Caramelized Onion Appetizer

Features:
    Cuisine:

Rather than using oil used shmaltz and even added some of the grebenes to it. It was really wonderful fresh and slightly warm on matzah. We didn't care for it as much as a leftover. I'll make this again. Thanks for posting.

Eggs & Caramelized Onion Appetizer, This is served warm and is everyone’s favorite When someone eats this for the first time they look and think eggs? especially if they’re not an egg salad fan (which I am absolutely not) but they eat it and then they want the recipe, it’s so good so try it, try it, it’s not green eggs and ham! , Rather than using oil used shmaltz and even added some of the grebenes to it It was really wonderful fresh and slightly warm on matzah We didn’t care for it as much as a leftover I’ll make this again Thanks for posting , Certainly a different egg salad We enjoyed it warm as well as cold Both is nice The caramelized onions makes this little appetizer different and makes you come back for more Thanks for posting made for PAC Spring ’08
