Coat Prawns in Flour. |

Heat Clarified Butter or Vegetable Oil on High Heat. |

Add Prawns to Saute Pan. |

to Make the Spice Mixture, Mix Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Salt, Red Pepper Flakes, Thyme, Rosemary and Oregano. |
