    El Torito Sweet Corn Cake,Copycat recipe,Can Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix be used instead?,I made this with the added 1/4 cup sugar (as I couldn’t find a box of sweet cornbread mix) and I think it was missing something. I will probably make this again, but maybe add onion as another reviewer suggested? Thanks for a nice side to our chili!
