Eric’s Easy Grilled Chicken,I love my brother’s grilled chicken and for years, he would never give up the recipe. I finally whined him to death so here it is. I don’t think he wanted me to know how easy it is to make. Marinates overnight.,Very easy. My family loved it and I will be making this all summer!,Great recipe! For those who found it a little too salty (which depends on the brand of teriyaki sauce you use), try adding up to 1/2 TBSP brown sugar next time. More sugar will make it too sweet, but a couple of teaspoons will help cut the saltiness and also help with caramelization on the grill. Cooking the chicken in the marinade in a pan will definitely make it saltier; this recipe is at it’s best when grilled.
