Espinaca Dip Fabulous Appetizer, This Espinaca Dip resembles the one at Jose Peppers, but most people have told me it is much better. You can decide for yourself. This is so easy and doesn’t take much time out of your day. It is great for office parties too., This calls for 2 – 4 oz cans of Rotel. I’ve never seen Rotel in 4oz cans? Does it mean green chilis…or 2 full size cans of Rotel?, Very good! My husband and I thought it was even a bit better than Jose Peppers. We actually got some of the JP Espinaca to bring home so that we could do a side by side comparison! We’re already planning on making it again for a party we’re having. We followed the recipe exactly. Used the white Velveeta assumed this is what meant and Knorr chicken bouillon. Thanks for posting.

For Better Taste and If You Have Time, Mix the Whipping Cream, Rotel, Jalapeno's, Spinach, Bouillon Cubes, Milk and Chopped Onion Together in a Sealed Container and Put in the Refrigerator the Night Before You Want to Prepare It.
