Exciting and Flavorful Woohoo Chicken Recipe

Features:
    Cuisine:

It worked. We cooked it, ate it and didn't die or get sick. That's a reflection on our cooking ability not the recipe. The recipe doesn't have a cook temp but the other reviews said to use 350 and that's what we did. We also broiled it for a few minutes at the end to crisp up the bacon and the bread crumbs. We used plain planko as suggested in the recipe but smoked bacon. We made 4 chicken breasts that seemed large, so we cut them in half and now we have 6 more meals. This was the first recipe my daughter and I cooked together. She liked rubbing the dressing over the chicken before we put it in the refrigerator to marinate and then she liked putting the chicken in the bread crumbs. I cut the bacon and put it on. Then into the oven - she to her computer and me to the den with a glass of wine. That's the way we like to cook. Easy clean up and sitting down during baking. The chicken was juicy and not dry. Hate dry chicken. I believe this will warm up well for lunch tomorrow. That's another thing I liked, lots of left overs (we're only 2). I like cooking little to get lots of food.
