Exotic Grilled Cheese,My son came up with this recipe and it’s a keeper.,Wow!! This is a Must Repeat! I didn’t have muenster or bleu cheeses, but did use 1 slice Kraft American Singles, some 4 Cheese Mexican Blend (which included monterey jack and colby) and Sharp Cheddar (both types reduced fat) and Parmesan. Oh, just realized I forgot to put the feta cheese, subbing for bleu, on the sandwich. I did put a sprinkling of garlic salt on it too, ‘cuz I love the garlic-cheese combo. Very oozy-cheezy-yummy!I will have to try this again with the right cheeses, and update my rating, but for now, VERY good!,Although I usually like to stick to the ingredient list when making a new recipe, I have a hard time with ‘plain’ white bread, so used slices of a nutty, whole wheat bread instead! AND, I thought that blended very nicely with the great combo of cheese flavors to make a wonderful tasting sandwich! Maybe another time I might try it with a sourdough just to see! Thanks for sharing your recipe! [Made & reviewed for an adoptee in this Spring’s round of Pick A Chef]
