Extra Moist Jalapeno Cornbread

Features:
    Cuisine:

This is an amazing recipe, I made it for a neighborhood picnic and it was a hit! I did take some suggestions and used the Jiffy 8.5ounce boxes and reduced the milk to 2 cups and baked it a bit longer too. This is a keeper and I will definitely make in the future! FYI I doubled the recipe and used a food processor to make quick work of the onions, jalopenos, and cheese!

Extra Moist Jalapeno Cornbread,I got this recipe from a friend who is a caterer. This is the best cornbread you will ever have! It makes a 13×9 pan—-extra moist! Use the jalapeos in the jar and chop (about 1/2 cup chopped). Use whatever your favorite unseasoned cornbread kit is. If you use Jiffy Mix, omit the sugar.,This is an amazing recipe, I made it for a neighborhood picnic and it was a hit!
