Extremely Soft White Bread (Bread Machine),This is the softest white bread I have ever baked. It was sent to me via email and I cannot remember who sent it. This is the only recipe use for white bread.,After many, many tries to make a good bread totally prepared in my new bread maker, I came across this recipe. I even subscribed to a “Home Economics” blogger that did not want you to make your bread totally in the bread maker. HELLO! That is why I purchased a bread maker in the first place! I made this recipe this afternoon and it is PERFECT. I ate two pieces slathered in real butter and fig preserves. Oh my goodness! This is a perfect and delicious recipe. I only made the 1 pound loaf because it is just me and my puppy, but it is delicious. I am curious how it will be as a one day old bread, but for any kind of dinner soiree that you are planning, this will not disappoint. THANK YOU FOR THIS WONDERFUL RECIPE!!!,If I want to make a 2 pound bread what do I change the yield to?
