EZ Baked Frito Pie, This is great for times when you don’t want to cook, but still want a hot meal My Dad has always made it, and over the years I have tweaked his recipe a bit It is very easy to make, takes very little time, and the leftovers are great It is a meal in itself, though I sometimes enjoy it with a couple of warm flour tortillas , Some jalapeo slices on top before baking, because why not? But this dish BEGS for some side toppers use more fresh jalapeo slices, pico de gallo, sour cream, and bottles of Tabasco sauce (or your go-to hot sauce) Nothing exceeds like excess!, Other than using my homemade chili instead the canned chili I made this recipe as written It was easy to put together and quite tasty Thanks for sharing
