Fabulous Hotcakes, A great alternative to the everyday pancake I made these once and my family ate them all up before I could get the second serving out My family has decided that pancakes are out and these hotcakes are in , These were so light & fluffy! The texture was like a good old fashioned restaurant pancake used 2 teaspoons of vanilla & the flavor still seemed to be missing a little something Maybe cinnamon or nutmeg would be a nice addition? I did have trouble with them sticking on the ungreased griddle & I didn’t want to ruin them all for the photos so I lightly oiled the griddle after the first batch Thanks for sharing, Cupcake Fanatic! Made for New Kids on the Block tag game 🙂
