Fall Baked Pork Chops & Apples

Features:
    Cuisine:

You've got yourself a winner here! I loved the sauce! The pork was tender and flavorful. The apples were very soft, as they were meant to be in a baked dish. I skipped the raisins. This recipe was easy to make and let it bake away in the oven while I did other things. For all of those reasons, I'm adding it to my Best of 2018 list. Thank you!
