Fantastic Feta Chicken,Faboulous flavor in less than fifty minutes! Compliments of Athenos.,Fab recipe, kept the chicken nice and juicy by adding a splash of olive oil and covering with tin foil. Cooked for 35 mins on 170 degrees C (in a fan assisted oven) and it was fine. The lemon and oregano work really well together and makes for a really nice, simple Greek style dish. I’m a student and even I could do it! cheap, easy and very tasty. I served it with some rice&salad. Would work well with some olives too. Thanks for the recipe, definitely going to make this again!!
