Farmers Pork Chops

Features:
    Cuisine:

The pork chops gave the potatoes a great flavor. I only used 2 chops, for just the two of us, about 3/4" thick, browned for 5 minutes per side, but cut the rest of the recipe exactly in half. After reading reviews, I: Layered the potatoes and onions, added seasoning salt, half the sauce, then repeated. I microwaved the potatoes 10 minutes, then baked the whole dish for 30 minutes. Delicious! The meat was tender and moist, the potatoes we perfect. This recipe is going into my regular rotation, LIG. Your recipes are always so good! We both loved this dish! Served it with a layered salad. Hubby was in heaven!

Farmer’s Pork Chops, This is a Paula Deen recipe which has become a favorite in our house. It is a hearty, comfort-food type of meal. The white sauce and potatoes are absolutely delicious. It takes a bit of time to prepare but the results are well worth it! I also like to serve this with a steamed vegetable and/or salad. Enjoy!, The pork chops gave the potatoes a great flavor.
