Farmer’s Quiche,A great quiche with an unusual but healthy crust that doesn’t dominate the flavor, but enhances the flavor of the cheese.,Very nice recipe! I’ve never made a crust using brown rice before, but it worked really well. It’s a great option if you are looking for a gluten-free quiche recipe. I didn’t make any changes to the recipe, but I did have to bake mine closer to 45 to 50 minutes until it was golden brown. I love the flavor combination of Swiss cheese, sage, and bacon.
