Fill a Small Pot With Water, and Bring to a Boil. |

While the Water Is Boiling, Shell the Fava Beans Out of Their Fiberous Outer Pods.once the Water Is Boiling, Add the Fava Beans to the Water. Let Sit For Only About 2 Minutes. |

Drain Water and Once Cool, Peel the Favas from Their Skins. |

While the Favas Are Cooling, Chop Together a Generous Portion of Mint and Basil. |

in a Medium Size Bowl, Mash the Goat Cheese ( If on the Drier Side, You Can Also Add Some Olive Oil to Help Make It Smooth). Add the Chopped Mint and Basil. |

Add in the Fava Beans and With a Fork, Mash the Ingredients Together Lightly. the Ingredients Should not Be Blended, but Rather a Chunky Mixture. |
