Fava Toast

Features:
    Cuisine:

Local fava beans are available at farmers markets in the Northeast for a short period of time in late June/ early July. It is worth seeking out fresh favas from a farmstand, rather than buying in the supermarket - the difference in freshness is drastic. I absolutely love favas, and am already mourning the end of the season!
