    Preheat Oven to 400f Degrees.

    Heat Oil in a Nonstick Frypan; Add Onions, Celery, Jalepeno and Sage. Saute Just Until the Onion Starts to Turn Brown. Season With Salt and Pepper, Sprinkle With Flour, Saute For About 2 Minutes. Add Broth, Bring to Boil, Reduce Heat and Simmer Until Thickened, About 5 Minutes. Add Turkey, Stir to Combine; Pour Mixture Into a Casserole. Top Mixture With Sausage Stuffing. Bake on Middle Rack of Oven For About 30 Minutes or Until Bubbly and the Top Is Well Browned.
