    Gradually Add the Olive Oil and Lemon Juice, Pulsing After Each Addition Until the Mixture Is Dense but Spreadable.

    Scoop Out Onto to a Serving Plate, Garnish With Lemon Zest, and Serve as Part of a Mezze Selection With Toasted Ciabatta.
