Fettuccine Carbonara, As I said before I love my Pol Martin cookbook I will be posting many recipes from his Supreme Cuisine Cookbook Some of his recipe I have already tried and some I haven’t I will always give credit where credit is due So here is another one of his recipes I hope you enjoy , This was a very nice light dinner dish It is so simple to make, too I was a bit frantic to realize at the last minute that I was out of fettuccine, so out of desperation used spaghetti (Sorry about that daisygrl! Next time I make this, I will be sure to have fettuccine on hand!) Made for ZWT5

Heat Olive Oil in Saute Pan Over Medium Heat. |

Add Garlic and Prosciutto, Cook For 3 Minutes Over Low Heat. |

Add Wine and Continue Cooking For 2 to 3 Minutes. |

Remove Saute Pan from Heat and Set Aside. |
