Fettuccine With Shrimp, Tomatoes and Basil, My mom was cleaning out one of her closets and came across several folders full of recipes that she had clipped from magazines and newpapers over the years. This came from the Houston Post no longer in circulation 1990. The article was promoting a cookbook by Bon Appetit called “Too Busy to Cook”. This is a nice, quick and easy meal!, Didn’t have olives…they would’ve taken this to SIX stars!! Easy and fabulous!, This was super simple to make, tasted great and had a lot of veggies, which are sometimes hard to get into my three picky kids. I followed the directions for everything except used large, precooked shrimp because deveining shrimp makes me squeemish. This meal got two thumbs up from all five members. Thank you so much loof. Made for PRMR.
