Made the whole house smell great and the taste wasn't so bad either! Though it was a little tough to chew for me, so next time I'll reduce the time under the broiler but overall greatness!

I got this recipe from Ken Hom’s Quick and Easy Chinese Cooking., Made the whole house smell great and the taste wasn’t so bad either! Though it was a little tough to chew for me, so next time I’ll reduce the time under the broiler but overall greatness!
