Directions
filet mignon with madeira sauce, easy enough , yet elegant, I just used the sauce recipe and it was amazing. However, in my opinion it had far too much cream. I would only use 1 to 2 tablespoons of cream- save yourself the calories!, This was really good and really easy, Chia! We easily halved the recipe to suit 2 filets and used portabella mushrooms. We served with a side of roasted asparagus and thyme. Thanks!

In Skillet Heat 2 Tbsp Butter With Oil. |
