Filipino Crock Pot Adobo,I’m a busy Filipino and don’t have time to watch my adobo simmer OR I forget to defrost the pork butt. So I just throw everything in a crock pot set at high (even my pork butt frozen!!).,I love this recipe! I can’t believe no one has reviewed it before. Very easy and tasted amazing! I’m not Filipino and have never had pork adobo before so I really don’t know how it stands up beside a ‘traditional’ version. I bought some pork butt on special at our market and since it’s not a familiar cut of meat for me, was looking for a way to cook it. Turned out fabulous This is definitely going to be a regular Sunday dinner-type dish at our house. Great comfort food.,I’m a busy Filipino and don’t have time to watch my adobo simmer OR I forget to defrost the pork butt. So I just throw everything in a crock pot set at high (even my pork butt frozen!!).
