Combine All Ingredients in a Saucepan, Except Oil. |

Marinate For One Hour. (traditional Method Is at Room Temperature, I Put It in the Refrigerator.). |

Cover and Simmer For 5 Minutes. |

Boil Sauce Until Reduced to Half and Set Aside. |
