First Round Pick Buffalo Beef

This was fantastic! I made exactly as directed, using Cholula for the hot sauce. (Its just the brand of hot sauce we prefer -- it seems to have more of a nice flavor along with the heat than most other brands). We used the meat as a buffalo sloppy joe. I toasted the bread. It made for a delicious (and HOT!) sandwich. I can see so many uses for the meat though -- on nachos, in taco salads, on a pizza, etc. Thanks so much for posting. It's not too often that even my husband rates something 5 stars!! Made for Pick-A-Chef Fall 2009. :)
