First Round Pick Buffalo Beef, As a member of a fantasy football league, I made this the night before our draft to have while studying It’s delicious in a sandwich or in a lettuce wrap with some ranch or bleu cheese dressing on the side It works as either an appetizer or a main dish Enjoy!, This was fantastic! I made exactly as directed, using Cholula for the hot sauce (Its just the brand of hot sauce we prefer — it seems to have more of a nice flavor along with the heat than most other brands) We used the meat as a buffalo sloppy joe I toasted the bread It made for a delicious (and HOT!) sandwich I can see so many uses for the meat though — on nachos, in taco salads, on a pizza, etc Thanks so much for posting It’s not too often that even my husband rates something 5 stars!! Made for Pick-A-Chef Fall 2009 🙂
