1/2 lb cubed american cheese

    I hate olives, so I left them out. This is basically a taco that you dip chips into! I think it turned out great and will definitely make it again. (I might adjust the directions to make them a little easier to understand, too.) Next time I think I'll try the suggestion to use Mexican cheese on top.

    Cook Meat and Onion Until Done, Drain.
