Best. Recipe. Ever. We love fish tacos. and have been looking for an easy way to make them. Used tilapia, light mayo and light sour cream and low sodium taco seasoning. used a grapeseed oil infused with lemon and made the Kale salad Aldi's serves in a bag and layered the tacos when putting them together on the warmed flour tortilla: Kale salad, fish, dollop of sauce, yum! Will be passing this one on!

Fish Tacos, We got the best fish tacos in a little fishing village in Mexico. I have tried to recreate them as best as possible, Best. Recipe. Ever. We love fish tacos. and have been looking for an easy way to make them. Used tilapia, light mayo and light sour cream and low sodium taco seasoning. used a grapeseed oil infused with lemon and made the Kale salad Aldi’s serves in a bag and layered the tacos when putting them together on the warmed flour tortilla: Kale salad, fish, dollop of sauce, yum! Will be passing this one on!, With the sour creme and mayonnaise used a cucumber and added to the sauce. It was a little runny, so next time I will squeeze/drain some of the water out of the cucumbers. Using this combo gives the sauce a much lighter taste.
