Five Brothers Roasted Salsa

Features:
    Cuisine:

This had SUCH a nice flavor! I got some sorrano chilies from a friend of mine and I was afraid of the heat in them, so I was looking for a recipe that I could use them in. I decided because of how many I had that I would try salsa. used yours because of the lime juice, and because you said it was authentic. I love the flavor of it with the charred vegetables and then the honey and lime on top of it. It's fantastic. I wish I hadn't processed it quite so much in my blender, but that is something I can improve upon next time. Thank you for posting this. It's going in my favorites. :)
