Five Brothers Roasted Salsa, This chili is a daily ritual at our house It is a authentic hispanic salsa that all of my sons (5) make along with myself We often tweek it alittle but here is the standard version that will get you going Its hot but has a good finish (won’t burn your mouth for long) , This had SUCH a nice flavor! I got some sorrano chilies from a friend of mine and I was afraid of the heat in them, so I was looking for a recipe that I could use them in I decided because of how many I had that I would try salsa used yours because of the lime juice, and because you said it was authentic I love the flavor of it with the charred vegetables and then the honey and lime on top of it It’s fantastic I wish I hadn’t processed it quite so much in my blender, but that is something I can improve upon next time Thank you for posting this It’s going in my favorites :), This chili is a daily ritual at our house It is a authentic hispanic salsa that all of my sons (5) make along with myself We often tweek it alittle but here is the standard version that will get you going Its hot but has a good finish (won’t burn your mouth for long)
