I’m glad you like these muffins! :), Very yummy used regular flour instead of rye, because that is what I had on hand, but I think the rye will be stellar, and will buy some to use next time Oh, and used two bananas, because I needed to , A very moist muffin And not too sweet I like that it only made 6 muffins, because there are only 2 of us and I hate freezing muffins I would never have thought of using rye flour in a sweet muffin, but it works quite well Made for Fall 2011 PAC game
