Florentine Quiche,A low carb brunch item that everyone, even non-dieters, will love.,Delicious! We used a crust this time! I will definitely use this recipe again! I forgot the salt, but it didn’t need it!,The quiche was great! Instead of frozen spinach, I wilted some fresh spinach I had and it was yummy! Not all of that thawing and squeezing to contend with either. Very cheesy! used equal parts 2% milk and half and half for the cream. It is what I had. I’m at high altitude so mine needed to cook a bit longer! Very easy recipe.
