    Florentine Quiche, A low carb brunch item that everyone, even non-dieters, will love , Delicious! We used a crust this time! I will definitely use this recipe again! I forgot the salt, but it didn’t need it!, The quiche was great! Instead of frozen spinach, I wilted some fresh spinach I had and it was yummy! Not all of that thawing and squeezing to contend with either Very cheesy! used equal parts 2% milk and half and half for the cream It is what I had I’m at high altitude so mine needed to cook a bit longer! Very easy recipe

    Beat Eggs. Add Cream; Beat More. Add Remaining Ingredients. Mix Well.

    Pour Into a Greased (use Non-Stick Spray) Pie/Quiche Pan.

    Bake at 350 Degrees For 30 - 40 Minutes or Until Eggs Are Set and Top Is Lightly Browned.
