Fluffy Morning Pancakes,These fluffy pancakes beat out the mixes in my cupboard every time! And the funny thing is, it really isn’t that much more trouble to make them!,The original recipe was too salty for my taste so I added vanilla extract and used almond flour. Delicious with maple syrup.,To make vegan pancakes use almond flour and tonic water instead of butter, eggs and milk. They fluff up nicely and taste great.
