Foolproof Baby Back Ribs, These are done completely on a gas grill and is the first recipe I have found that result in tender ribs without having to boil/steam/ or bake them first. Don’t lift the lid for at least an hour while grilling! That is the secret to these ribs that end up tender and delectable. Uses simple ingredients with your favorite barbecue sauce to finish off the recipe and you will be in rib heaven., Anyone ever use a small smoker pouch/box to put some wood chips in and add some smoke to the mix? If so, did it affect the cooking time, etc?, Wow wow wow!!! These are incredible and utterly foolproof! It really should be illegal this recipe. I’ve read others that call for cooking times that are far too long for my busy schedule but with this I feel like I’m getting the 3 hr one but in an hours time!!!! So happy I stumbled upon this recipe and will defs suggest to all my friends <3
